What’s the best professional lesson you ever learned?
To be genuine and honest. And to get everyone’s expectations of each other out on the table.
What was the last thing that gave you warm fuzzies?
Probably an X-factor audition video, shame.
Who inspires you?
Professionally oh just so many other photographers i don’t know where to start, I’m currently internet stalking a handful of Australia wedding photographers. Personally I’m lucky to have a lot of beautiful and inspiring friends in my life.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A vet.
If not a photographer, what would you be? A landscape designer.
Describe your perfect day as a photographer…
I’m getting to photograph a wedding somewhere I have never been before, it’s gorgeous and the light is being awesome and everyone is super happy and laughing.
Describe your perfect day off…
Sleep in, brunch, catching up with my girlfriends somewhere outside in the sun, yummy food and drink, great music and gossip!
What are you watching, reading and listening to right now?
Watching Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Parks & Rec, reading Wuthering Heights, listening to Tuba Skinny (in preparation for New Orleans trip! eck!)
What is one thing you would tell your 16 year old self?
It’s all going to be ok. And what the heck are you wearing?
