Two weeks in Awesometown. What a ride!

Crikey it has been a busy but fun couple of weeks. What have I been up to? Well..

–> I nearly pulled my hair out changing the blog over to its new (and still far from perfect home)
–> I have two new beautiful sponsors Anna Allport Photography and Qiane Photography. Happy!
–> I laughed, I cried, I lost a kg (we have a new exercise bike)
–> I did two impromptu dances for my cat, both to this song (she still loves me unconditionally)
–> I finished the amazing book The Desire Map, and I am ready to start my workbook.
(I have decided to loan it out like a library book, so hands up who wants it next?)

What have you been up to? What are your plans for the weekend? Do tell!
Here a few of my favourite things from two weeks in Awestometown. I do hope you likey.

1One Little Wagon

Claire Donaldson from One Lovely Day has been busy working on her newest project “One Little Wagon”. A tiny 10ft retro caravan that is being kitted out as a mobile bar for weddings in the North, you supply the drinks and the lovely staff will serve them to you. What a fab way to save money, and cater for those swanky spots off the beaten track! One Little Wagon will be ready to rock this summer, so get in quick and book this little baby! 2Meanwhile over at Inky & Bright…

I love the beautiful blog Inky and BrightSo much so, that I begged the gorgeous Josie to give me a little roundup of the wonderful objects of desire recently featured on her blog…

Inky and bright - A few things

1. DIY gold leaf mousepad by Lovely Indeed. I love this DIY – so easy but looks a million dollars!
2. Meow Tote bag by Always wear your Invisible Crown. Loving the name of the shop & the gorgeous tote!
3. Log cabin wedding from Ruffled Blog. This wedding is equal parts dark & mysterious, & light and bright.

3Mildred & Co.

If you havent already heard, the magnificent (and oh so beautiful) Milly from Mildred & Co has recently opened the doors to her new Auckland Showroom. Located in Auckland, New Zealand’s number one wedding registry hub is also available as a function space to hire. Yus. If you want to know more about the who, what and where click here.

4Polka Chocolate

There is chocolate, and then there is unbelievably stylish chocolate a.k.a Polka Chocolate. Made in New Zealand these gorgeous bars are beautiful inside and out, and would make the perfect little gift as a bridal party treat (or as a guest favour if you really want to indulge) I am drooling over the idea of Coconut Chip!
