So, this is definitely the first time I have ever featured a wedding where the boys arrived in a tank! (my hubby was pretty jealous seeing this!) Today’s elegant, rustic garden wedding is the perfect example of less is more. A few strategically placed features (see 7 ideas to steal below) keeps things simple yet unique, and of course when you have one of my favie photographers AMY KATE PHOTOGRAPHY behind the lens you know the photos are going to rock! Enjoy!
7 Ideas To Steal The wooden archway at the ceremony is boooootiful and adds some serious magic to a garden wedding (get the boys in the family to make this for a bonding experience!) | The perfectly placed Buxus (don’t hold me to that, I am not clued up on plants) look great down the aisle styled with the hessian ribbon and single sunflower | The blankets in the old suitcase with a sign ‘help yourself’ is a great way to keep guests warm when having an outdoor wedding. Ask a few friends and family to loan you some for the day | Antlers wrapped in fairy lights make a great feature behind the bridal table for a masculine/feminine balance | The kids table is BRILLIANT! and I love the styling! | An old farm gate is an ideal way to hang your seating plan | Mixing sand from where your both come from into one jar is such a beautiful way to celebrate your life before you met and your new life together, especially if the sand is contrasting (do a little each so you get a layered effect!)
