Passionately fabulous and fabulously passionate, it is an absolute honor to feature today’s incredibly unique wedding.
The result of a campaign launched by fashion designer Annah Stretton in conjunction with Fashion Weekend, today’s wedding is a fashion extravaganza celebrating New Zealand’s recent passing of the same-sex marriage bill, encouraging Australia to follow suit (or dress!).
After three years together, gorgeous couple Brooklyn Edwards and Nicole Dean were given the ultimate runway wedding. Each dressed in designer gowns from Annah’s stunning bridal wear, return flights and accommodation, a wedding after party for 250 guests and an exclusive video and photography package.
Annah also dressed the entire bridal party and all invited guests as part of her show, and as expected the result is a colourful affair of gorgeous prints, feminine silhouette’s, and heavenly headwear.
In what could be described as a very unconventional setting for a wedding, only the most talented of photographers could have mastered such a fantastic collection of images, and so it was no surprise that Annah chose Qiane Photography to capture this magical moment in history.
I would like to thank both the beautiful Annah Stretton, and the talented Qiane for giving me the opportunity to share this very special, and oh so unique day on Paper & Lace.
