Having moved my floral business to Auckland from New York in 2015, Muck Floral has quickly become the go-to event florist for creative young minds, and those wanting something a bit different on their day.
Nobody else is like YOU, so why should your wedding be like theirs? It shouldn’t and that’s why getting to know a couple is imperative to my process.
I see each wedding as a collaboration. Beginning at a unique point of inspiration, we work together to bring a vision to life. Flowers hold an emotional and aesthetic power unlike any other piece of decor. See them not simply as decoration, but rather as the means to form the energy of your event. This is where my interest lies – what do you want your guests to feel when they walk in the room?
Detail oriented – quality oriented. I get just as much joy building large-scale hanging installations as I do delicately arranging a small tabletop display, or each thoughtfully placed bloom in your bouquet.
Get in touch with Sophie to talk about your crazy ideas for your wedding and how we can make them a reality.

“Just wanted to say thank you so much for the outstanding job you did for Shaun and Jana’s wedding.
We were absolutely delighted when we arrived and saw all the extra touches you arranged around the venue. From Jana’s exquisite head crown to Harper the dog’s flower necklace, to the beautiful table arrangements and all the magnificent shells and native flowers on the beach….you did it all!
Your creativity was inspiring and your ideas were full of imagination and beauty. You took the Byron Bay location as a backdrop and created a floral work of art that perfectly reflected both this very unique location and the personalities of the bride and groom.
You were extremely professional in all aspects of handling the event and were relaxed and confidant at all times when dealing with us.
The flower arrangements helped to create the most fabulous ambiance for a magical wedding and I would not hesitate in recommending you to any other prospective planner of any function.” – Lynda Greenblo, June 4, 2016, 12:02 pm
